This year, we will strengthen our sisterhood through recruitment, retention, and reactivation by welcoming new members and reconnecting with those ready to return. Expanded training, town hall meetings, and increasing leadership engagement will create more opportunities to learn, share ideas, and ensure our members feel heard and supported.
