Greeting Sorors:

Please mark your calendar and join us for the 82nd Central Region Virtual Conference. The Soror registration package includes: the electronic workbook, ad book, Centennial commemorative book, Omega Rho Ceremony, Praise & Worship Service, Awards Ceremony, Syntaktes Reception, and the 82nd conference gift. We are strongly encouraging everyone to take advantage of early registration as this will affect when you receive your conference gift.

Registration Timeline:

* There will be no extensions for registration. No exceptions will be made.

General Information:

Chapters and Sorors must be financial (both on the national and regional levels) by December 31, 2021 to attend Conference.
All newly inducted Sorors must have paid both their national and regional assessments and are cleared financially by December 31, 2021.
Chapter Basilei will be required to submit their form declaring their Delegates and Alternates by January 31, 2022.
- A Google Document form will be provided to collect this information.
- A final confirmation of delegates and alternates will be sent to each chapter by March 1, 2022.
- 82nd Central Region Virtual Conference check in will occur on Friday, March 4, through Sunday March 6, 2022.
- Each voting member and alternates must attend check in by logging on to Zoom using audio and video with their name and voting status indicated (see chart).

Refund Policy:

Conference registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable as we will have already processed and purchased your conference materials. Conference materials and the gift will be provided to each registrant. Please note that the Conference gift is personally sized for you and therefore, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Conference Gift Policy:

Once Sorors are registered on Eventbrite, they will receive a unique Eventbrite ticket number. Once a week, those ticket numbers will be provided to the 3rd party vendor to use as a unique coupon code for you to order your conference gift. Each ticket number will only be able to be used once. An email will be sent when you are cleared to access the 3rd party vendor site and create your order.

You will use your unique Eventbrite ticket number to order your personal-sized conference gift. The conference gift will be shipped direct from the 3rd party vendor to you. Make certain that you are accurate entering your personal information. Please remember to include your apt/unit/suite number as this will affect the delivery of your gift.

The first 450 Sorors that order their conference gift, by December 18, 2021, are guaranteed to receive their gift prior to Conference. All other registrants will receive their gift in early May.
